Mark brings 25 years experience in Medical Devices to Thay Medical and has held various managerial and director roles within R&D, Operations and Quality.

In his consultancy role as Quality Assurance Manager, Mark ensures that our Quality Management System meets or exceeds the requirements of ISO 13485:2016. Mark also assists with customer focused activities including new business proposals and reviewing Human Factors Study documentation prior to the Engineering team carrying out their studies.

Outside of work Mark can be found working on DIY projects, gardening or motorcycling provided the sun is shining!

Mark works remotely from his home in Cheshire but enjoys travelling to meet with customers as needed.
