Greta is a Human Factors Engineer at THAY Medical. Her role includes supporting the human factors team in a variety of formative, summative and user research studies and product development projects. Greta also supports the team with her Biomechanical knowledge based upon her training and experience.

“Before starting to work as a Junior Human Factors Engineer, I worked in different personnel management roles for several years. I also have a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering. I find great joy in performing data analysis and problem solving tasks as they give me a chance to make a positive difference in people's lives by making products/devices safe and comfortable for them to use.” 

“Being a part of a very professional team at THAY Medical gives me a great opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, work closely with users and other professionals. It is a challenging but also rewarding experience.”

Greta is currently working remotely from her home country, Lithuania.
