Adding more expertise to the family!
We are excited to announce the new arrival of Isobelle Wong (Above Left) to the THAY Medical team as a Junior Human Factors Engineer. Having just finished University, Isobelle brings a Psychology background to the team to enable us to focus further on the cognitive human factors that are increasingly important to understand. She has had experience conducting her own experiments and research, and is passionate about developing a deeper understanding for medical devices and products. Her passion is in the area of cyber-psychology and how this can enhance digital and electronic medical devices and systems. Isobelle will add another element to the THAY Medical Human Factors team that will enable us to really understand medical device users from this cognitive level.We are also excited to welcome Alicia Garcia (Above Right) to the THAY Medical team as a Human Factors Quality and Regulatory Engineer. Alicia's role will be to focus on quality compliance, our ISO13485 management system and our non-primary services., Alicia will work alongside members of team with future projects and products to ensure that the quality is inherent in our systems as well as our output. She has many years experience in this area, and we are excited for Alicia's expertise and knowledge to elevate our company further.THAY Medical's Managing Director and Principle Greg Thay stated "We are very excited to have Isobelle and Alicia join our growing family!
